ORDER:
The limited prayer of the petitioners-plaintiffs in this revision is to direct the V Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of I.A.No.1425 of 2010 in O.S.No.309 of 2009 filed under Order XV-A of CPC to strike off the defence of the respondents.
Having regard to the above submission, the learned V Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) Ranga Reddy District, is directed to dispose of the above application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, CRPMPs pending, if any, are closed.
