THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 938 OF 2010
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the FIR No.1206 of 2009 on the file of Ranjendra Nagar P.S. Ranga Reddy, District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,506, 427 and 448 r/w 34 IPC.
2. Counsel representing the learned Public Prosecutor submits that police after completion of investigation, filed final report referring the case as civil in nature. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
3. Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent is present and opposed the same.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
