O R D E R:
When the matter had come up on 30.03.2012, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on his behalf. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed to today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the Criminal Petition. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for default vacating the interim stay granted. Crl.M.Ps. pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
