ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.
2. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to file quash petition after investigation is completed.
3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
