ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to move an application seeking discharge before the trial Court.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Reserving the said liberty, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently, interim stay granted on 05.07.2010 shall stand vacated.
