HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SAMUDRALA GOVINDARAJULU
CRIMINAL PETITION No.6056 of 2012
ORDER:
The petitioner is accused of offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 302, 404, 201/34 IPC along with others. This Court by order dated 09.07.2012 dismissed bail application of the petitioner in Criminal Petition No.5453 of 2012 on merits giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his bail application after filing of charge sheet or after 90 days period of his remand. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2012. Subsequent bail application of the petitioner on medical grounds was also dismissed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.5821 of 2012 by order dated 26.07.2012. I do not find any change of circumstances herein. This bail application is nothing but abuse of process of this Court.
Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
