CRIMINAL PETITION No.5691 of 2012
ORDER:
After having obtained bail in this case relating to offences under Sections 396, 412 and 201 IPC, the petitioner absconded since January 2010. Ultimately, he was traced in prison in connection with another case. He could be produced by Production Warrant only in December 2011. The petitioner is involved in several other similar property offences. It appears that he is a regular property offender, who wanted in several cases. So, it is not desirable to release the petitioner on bail pending trial.
Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
