ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 239 Cr.P.C. for discharge.
Permission is accorded. Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to file a petition under Section 239 Cr.P.C. for discharge and on filing such petition, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law.
