ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner / Accused, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file an application under Section 239 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court for discharge of the petitioner.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Section 239 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court for discharge. On such application being filed by the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
