COMMON ORDER:
Both these criminal petitions are filed seeking to quash proceedings in Cr.No.58 of 2010 on the file of Narsapur Town Police Station, West Godavari district registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 468 and 471 IPC.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the corresponding charge sheet in the said crime was filed on 17.11.2000 before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsapur and hence no cause survives in these two criminal petitions and have become infructuous.
Recording the same, these criminal petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
