ORDER:
1. This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed under Section 407(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to withdraw C.C.No.53 of 2005 from the Court of Principal Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of Special Judge under the Prevention of Corruption Act for Special Trial of cases of Embezzlement of Scholarship Amounts in Social Welfare Department at Hyderabad.
2. Learned counsel for either of the parties have represented that they have no objection to allow the Transfer Criminal petition.
3. Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
