ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.213 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani, Karimnagar District.
2. Heard.
3. Calendar Case is of the year 2006. At this point of time there are no grounds to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.213 of 2006, itself within six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the de facto complainant died. But, that does not mean the entire proceedings would abate, as there are eyewitnesses cited in Police report with regard to the incident in question.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
