ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court by way of an application to quash the proceedings after completion of investigation.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
4. Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
