Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh quash petition after investigation is completed. Permission is accorded.
The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for, vacating the interim stay granted earlier.
