THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1966 of 2012
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to direct the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, to dispose of C.C.No.343 of 2011, D.V.C.No.13 of 2011 and M.C.No.28 of 2010, on his file, expeditiously.
Heard.
Notices to respondents herein are not necessary, because this Court is inclined to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the cases referred to supra.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.343 of 2011, D.V.C.No.13 of 2011 and M.C.No.28 of 2010, on his file, as expeditiously as possible, subject to old and part-heard cases.
