CRIMINAL PETITION No.10250 of 2010
ORDER:
1 This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.455 of 2010 on the file of Shadnagar Police Station, Mahabubnagar District.
2 Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the filing of the charge sheet, the subject matter of the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
3 Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
