ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent have been settled and in pursuance of the settlement, amount has been paid by the respondent and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the company petition.
Permission as sought for is accorded and the company petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
