ORDER:
Against the order passed by the Official Liquidator, an appeal lies this Court.
Sri P.Venkanna, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permiss of this Court to withdraw the Company Application with liberty to file appeal.
Liberty as sought for is granted, and the Company Application dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to return the orig documents on proper acknowledgement and on photostat copies the being furnished.
