THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CONTEMPT CASE No.1512 of 2011
ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, in WPMP.No.32083 of 2011 in W.P.No.26010 of 2011 dated 16.09.2011, whereby this Court had granted interim stay of dispossession.
In the counter affidavits filed in the contempt case, the respondents would assert that the petitioner was dispossessed, soon after the impugned order dated 29.08.2011, on 03.09.2011, much prior to the order of this Court dated 16.09.2011.
Sri M.Karthik Pavan, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri S.Srinivas Reddy, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, would draw attention of this Court to the order, in WPMP.Nos.6708 of 2012, 40056 and 32083 of 2011 in W.P.No.26010 of 2011 dated 07.08.2012, whereby the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kothagudem, Khammam District (first respondent) dated 29.08.2011 was suspended. Learned Counsel would submit that, in view of the subsequent order passed by this Court, the petitioner would take necessary steps against the respondents for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.08.2012, and the petitioner is not pressing this contempt case which was filed for violation of the earlier order dated 16.09.2011.
Leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for violation of the subsequent order of this Court dated 07.08.2012, the Contempt Case is closed.
