ORDER:
This Court, by order in C.A. No.568 of 2010 dated 16.03.2011, appointed Sri K.Dhanapathi Rao & Associates, Chargered Engineer, Government Registered Valuer, as the valuer for valuation of lot Nos.3 and 4. Pursuant thereto the Government registered valuer has valued the property, and has also enclosed his bill towards his prefessional charges at Rs.15,000/- and service tax thereon at 10.3% for Rs.1,545/-, i.e., for a total of Rs.16,545/-. I consider it appropriate, therefore, to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the valuation fees of Rs.16,545/- to K. Dhanapathi Rao & Associates, from out of the funds of the company under liquidation. The Company Application is disposed of accordingly.
