JUDGMENT:
The C.M.A. was filed on 25.09.2003 and the same was admitted on 06.02.2004. Thereafter the matter was adjourned from time to time. A perusal of the proceeding sheet discloses that there was no representation on behalf of the appellants on 11.09.2012, 18.09.2012, 17.10.2012 and 05.11.2012 except on 25.09.2012, on which date, at their request, the appeal was ordered to be listed after one week.
In the circumstances, it appears the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal any further and this Court has no option except dismissing the appeal for default/non-prosecution.
Therefore, the C.M.A. is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
