ORDER:
This contempt case is filed with a prayer to punish the respondent for the alleged violation of an interim order passed by this Court on 19.09.2011 in W.P.MP.No.30130 of 2011 in W.P.No.24536 of 2011.
I have heard the learned Counsel for both the parties.
W.P.No.24536 of 2011 was filed seeking a declaration that the
action of the respondent herein in rejecting the petitioner’s request for renewal of licence for running TTD Kalyanamandapam, Gudur, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, is arbitrary and illegal. Pending the writ petition, in W.P.MP.No.30130 of 2011, interim suspension of the impugned order dated 10.8.2011 was sought, apart from seeking permission to the writ petitioner to run the Kalyanamandapam in question.
