O R D E R:
It is represented by the learned Government Pleader that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26090 of 2011, the petitioner’s explanation dated 24.08.2011 was considered and order was passed on 22.06.2012. To that effect a counter affidavit has been filed by the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Rajendra Nagar, R.R.District and a copy of the order dated 22.06.2012 is placed before this Court.
Hence, no further enquiry is necessary and the Contempt Case is closed granting leave and liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 22.06.2012, if so advised.
