ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order of this Court dated 03.03.2004 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 5068 of 2004 in W.P. No. 3840 of 2004.
When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the counsel for the petitioner submits that since the main writ petition itself is disposed of, no orders need be passed in the present contempt case.
Recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed.
