CONTEMPT CASE No. 119 of 2012
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order of this Court dated 25.04.2008 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 12190 of 2008 in W.P. No. 9220 of 2008, which reads as under:
“It is represented that the 2nd respondent has unilaterally entertained and registered the cancellation deed dated 15.04.2008 presented by respondent Nos.3 and 4, which is contrary to Rule 26(k)(i) of the A.P. Rules under the Registration Act, 1908.
Hence, there shall be interim suspension as prayed for until further orders of this Court.”
When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the counsel on either side submitted that the aforesaid orders of this Court have been complied with.
In view of the above submission, the contempt case is closed.
