Pursuant to the notice issued on 18.7.2012, the Inspector General-cum-Chief Security Commissioner, Railway Protection Force, is present in the Court. Sri S.R.Ashok, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri P.Bhaskar, learned counsel for the Railways, has drawn my attention to the order passed by the Director, Security, Railway Board on 6.7.2012 complying with the orders passed by this court in WP No. 6338 of 2005 fully and faithfully. In view of these orders, no further orders are needed to be passed in this contempt case and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
