O R D E R :
Sri Nandigam Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has withdrawn from the case, inasmuch as he has now become the standing counsel for the respondent Singareni Collieries Company Limited and hence, he cannot prosecute this case any further. It is also brought to my notice by the learned counsel that he has addressed a letter to the petitioners on 17.07.2012 which was received by them on 31.07.2012 itself. So far, the petitioners have not taken any steps to prosecute this case. There is also no representation made on behalf of the petitioners.
Since this is an old case and that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, I assume that they are no longer interested in prosecuting this case.
Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand dismissed.
