ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the interim order in W.P.M.P.No:17297 of 2010 in W.P.No:13726 of 2010, dated 18.6.2010.
In response to the notice ordered by this Court, a detailed counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent.
Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and taken note of the explanation offered. In view of the reasons stated in the counter affidavit, particularly having regard to the fact that the order alleged to be violated is an interim order and a vacate stay petition is pending in the main writ petition, the matter does not deserve any further enquiry.
Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
