ORDER:
Counter affidavits have been filed on behalf of the respondents stating that in compliance with the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.24253 of 1995, the petitioner is put in possession of the land in question vide panchanama dated 23.04.2009.
Though name is shown, none appeared for the petitioner. In view of the material placed before this Court, since it is clear that the order dated 12.07.2006 in Writ Petition No.24253 of 1995 is complied with, no further enquiry is necessary in this contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
