It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.37525 of 2009 in W.P.No.28905 of 2009, the Superintending Engineer, Operation Circle, N.P.D.C.L, Karimnagar passed an order on 26.02.2010.
Hence, no further enquiry is necessary and the Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No costs.
