CONTEMPT CASE NO.177 OF 2012
ORDER:
This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, is filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9144 of 2011 on 11.04.2011.
2. On 11.04.2011 this Court disposed of the Writ Petition directing the petitioner herein to approach the concerned Regional Manager of the APSRTC and produce a photo copy of the Provisional National Trade Certificate possessed by him and upon such production, the Regional Manger concerned shall take the same into account and consideration, and pass appropriate orders about the selection of the petitioner or otherwise as Shramik and communicate the same to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of the Provisional National Trade Certificate.
3. In pursuance of direction of this Court, the Personnel Officer, Anantapur Region, issued proceedings No.P1/684(2)/2010.RM:A, dated 14.08.2012, appointing the petitioner as Shramik with probationary rights.
4. Recording the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No Costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
