ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 11.07.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19079 of 2011, the 2nd respondent passed the order and hence it is for the petitioner to challenge the same, if he is so aggrieved.
Recording the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter and the Contempt Case is closed leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner under law. No order as to costs.
