CONTEMPT CASE No. 1125 of 2012
O R D E R :
This Contempt Case is instituted complaining that the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 12602 of 2012, dated 16.04.2012 have not been complied with by the respondent so far.
At the time of hearing this case, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has produced before me a copy of the proceedings, dated 18.06.2010 of the District Collector, Chittoor, disposing of the revision petition.
The petitioner is obviously under mistaken impression that the revision petition preferred by her has not been disposed of by the Collector so far, whereas the revision of the petitioner stood disposed of as early as on 18.06.2010. Therefore, no contempt is made out and a copy of the proceedings, dated 18.06.2010 is made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
With this, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand dismissed.
