COMMON ORDER:-
Learned counsel for the cross-objectors intends to withdraw the petition to condone the delay in filing the cross-objections and also the cross-objections in view of the compromise in A.S.No.216 of 2006, and he is permitted to withdraw the same. Consequently, Cross-objections M.P.No.1827 of 2011 and cross objections (SR) No.6382 are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
