ORDER:
Learned counsel for the parties stated that the parties have settled their disputes among themselves and filed Application No.917 of 2012 to record Memorandum of Compromise dt.11.9.2012.
Application No.917 of 2012 stands allowed in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.
The arbitration application stands disposed of. It is made clear that the applicant shall not press for the injunction dt.27.4.2012 granted in O.P. No.1099 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, as stated in clause 3 of the terms and conditions of the memorandum of compromise.
