ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing for the parties have agreed that the subject matter in this Arbitration Application is similar to that of A.A.No.90 of 2010, disposed of on 07-10-2010 by the Hon’ble single Judge of this Court. Parties have also agreed for appointment of Sri.Veerapu Naidu, retired District and Sessions Judge as the sole Arbitrator in the matter in question.
In view of the above, this Arbitration Application is allowed in terms of the orders passed on 07-10-2010 in A.A.No.90 of 2010 by appointing Sri.K.Veerapu Naidu, retired District and Sessions Judge, Purlipet, Hamlet of Purli Village, (B.P.O) Ragidi, Amadalavalasa Mandal, Palakonda (PO) – 532 440, Srikakulam District as the sole Arbitrator to render a decision on the disputes and differences between the parties arising under the agreement dated 1-2-2009 during the crop season 2009-10 (2nd season) in the matter in question and he shall render his award expeditiously in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned Arbitrator is at liberty to fix a reasonable remuneration/fee for the work done by him with the consent of the parties.
The application is allowed accordingly without costs.
