Petition Under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to direct the respondent No.4 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s over the land in Sy.No. 389 extent Ac. 1-23 guntas situated at Mandamarri Revenue Shivar and Mandal, Adilabad Districted bounded by East : Land of Kore Posham, West :- PWD Rod, North : GP Road, South : Land of Kuna Kistaiah pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
