ORDER:
The petitioners have prayed for quashing of the impugned proceedings dated 13-01-2011 by which temporary leasehold rights of the subject property was granted in favour of respondent No.5.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the temporary leasehold rights granted to respondent No.5 were expired by 31-052011 itself, as such, the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above facts, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
