ORDER:
The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 28.01.2011 whereby he requested to register the names of the legal heirs of late Motibai as successors in the revenue records in respect of the land in Sy.No. 2 (Peradu) of Attapur village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2011, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
