ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.2294/2010 H dt.15.11.2010 issued by the 2nd respondent as being illegal, arbitrary, contrary to principles of natural justice and in violation of Art.14 and 19(1) (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and consider the application dt.10.8.2009 of the petitioner made in Form I, for permanent authorization and pass such other order..”
On 03.12.2010, the case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 20.12.2010, when the case was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the case has been adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing its cause in
the writ petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38429 of 2010 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
