O R D E R:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the respondents.
2. The impugned order questioned in this writ petition is in the nature of suspension pending enquiry. The grievance of the petitioner is that not only suspension is unjustified, but there is no progress with regard to enquiry whatsoever.
3. The petitioner placed reliance on the order of this Court in similar matter W.P. No.25449 of 2010 dated 02nd November 2010 wherein this Court has directed the respondents to follow the detail procedure as enumerated in the operative paragraph of the judgment in the said writ petition. The enquiry in the present case undoubtedly is delayed and is pending in spite of the regulations requiring expeditious disposal of the enquiry.
4. The writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the respondents to expeditiously complete the enquiry with respect to the allegation made against the petitioner and while doing so the respondents shall keep in mind the directions of this Court in the writ petition referred to above. No order as to costs.
