The matter was heard at length on two occasions. Learned counsel for the petitioner now requests that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek arbitration under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Liberty is granted if law permits the petitioner to move accordingly.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
