Sri CH. Dhanamjaya, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that since the lease itself has subsequently expired, cause in the writ petition does not necessitate adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
