O R D E R:
The writ petitioners filed this application with a prayer to record the memorandum of compromise entered into between the parties and to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the said compromise. A copy of the memorandum of compromise dated 15.12.2011 has been placed before this Court.
As could be seen, the memorandum of compromise has been signed by all the nine petitioners as well as the Chairman of the 3rd respondent-Trust by name Krishna Dev Rao. The compromise memo is also signed by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent. All the parties are present before this Court.
In the circumstances, the Petition is hereby allowed and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise, dated 15.12.2011. No costs.
