ORDER :
This writ petition is filed by three individuals, claiming to be the farmers of Kuchipudi village in Amrathalur Mandal of Guntur District, questioning the validity of the notice, dated 06.10.2003, issued by the Person-inManagement of the 2nd respondent-Trust. The aforesaid notice is issued to auction the fishing rights in the tank held by the Trust for the period commencing from 15.10.2003 to 31.08.2005. As much as the very lease period itself is over, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
