This writ petition has been instituted complaining that in the application submitted by the petitioners on 4.4.2008 seeking mutation of the revenue records and for issuance of Pattedar Pass Book and title deeds in favour of the petitioners over the land of an extent of Ac.60.00 situated in Sy.No.172 of Hydernagar village, Balanagar Mandal, R.R. District has not been taken up for consideration by the respondents so far. At my request the learned Government Pleader has secured instructions from the 2nd respondent-Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Balanagar Mandal, R.R. District and informs that the application of the petitioners herein for mutation of the revenue record is under process and it is likely that the matter will be decided. However, instead of leaving the matter to be kept pending for long period, I direct the 2nd respondent-Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Balanagar Mandal, R.R. District to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the application said to have been submitted by the petitioners on 4.4.2008 before the end of October, 2011 and communicate the same to the petitioners. It is needless for me to mention that the 2nd respondent will bear in mind the circular instructions issued on the subject that final decree proceedings need not be enclosed to such an application while deciding the issue.
