After arguing for some time, Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner does not seek adjudication on merits and that he shall approach the authorities concerned on the issues raised in this Writ Petition.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to do so, the Writ is dismissed. No order as to costs.
