ORDER:
This is an old matter of 2005. When the matter was listed on 10.02.2011, as there was no representation, the matter was directed to be listed today. Today the matter is appearing high up in the list as item No.10. In spite of the same, none appears for the petitioners, and the Counsel for the petitioners is absent. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for default/non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
