ORDER:
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has already brought to the notice of this Court that the Bodhe in RS No.111/2 of Bantumilli Village and Mandal, Krishna District, has already been restored to the petitioner after conducting a panchanama.
2. In view of this, the learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that, no further orders are needed to be passed in this writ petition. Though none appears for the petitioner, I agree with the Learned Government Pleader that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and hence it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
