O R D E R:
It is stated that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sircilla, Karimnagar District is seriously considering the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 06.04.2011 and he could not dispose it of so far, as originally the land was assigned for the purpose of carrying out agricultural operations, but subsequently, it appears the land use has been changed and it has now become practically a residential locality.
I, therefore, consider it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer, Sircilla to take all relevant facts and circumstances into account and dispose of the representation of the writ petitioner dated 06.04.2011 strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
